For us, Desi food is not only about recipes and taste, it is about the ingredients we choose and the care we put into every meal. Alhamdulillah, we have never used frozen meat or frozen chicken in our kitchen. We cook with Afia and Noor cooking oil, fresh vegetables from Halaga Central Vegetable Market in Al Safa, and carefully selected spices in every dish. Our dairy comes from Almarai butter and milk, along with Puck cooking cream. Our own in-house butcher prepares the boneless chicken and cuts the meat fresh, every day. We handle it ourselves for one reason: we want to know exactly what goes into the food we serve. When you order biryani, kebabs, curries or any other Desi dish from us, you are trusting us with your meal, and often with the food you serve your entire family. That trust means everything to us.
